Decided that I'm starting a new blog segment called "OUTFIT DREAMZ" aka just a wishlist outfit thing with an official fancy name. YA DIG???

If you know me well, you know that I love a good collared dress with long sleeves. Shirt dresses especially make me excited. This one from Topshop is super simple but kinda grungy at the same time. That paired with some Ralphy socks, a Stussy 5 panel (to protect your precious face from the sun) and Docs is guaranteed to give the whole look a tomboy feel. Tomboy feelz are the best feelz. x

WAT DA FUK it's been like nine months since I last posted! Hello there! I'm back with a few more tattoos, blonde hair and more motivation to get back to my fashion bloggy doodle roots. It's weird, over the time I've been gone, I haven't even opened any of my magazine subscriptions either. They've just been sitting there on my bedroom floor with the plastic wrapping still on them. Kinda just took a while off "fashion social media" I guess. I've been on Instagram heaps though which is funsies!

Anyway, wore this today after the cool change came. For the first time in my life, I actually don't prefer summer over the other seasons. I think I'm slowly becoming an autumn/spring sorta gal. Taking advantage of this cooler weather until it goes up to the 30's again in a couple of days! Waaaah. Hope you're all having a rad start to the week! x

Had a job interview last week at rad shoe store (hence the non formal-black-and-white-cover-up-all-my-tattoos look) and it went well but I don't think I got the job.. Annoying because I've always wanted to work in retail and lurrrrve shoes and am SO DESPERATE. Pisses me off so much. If anyone can get me a job in retail in Melbourne, holla at me! Anywho, this is what I wore!

I don't normally spend more than $20ish on clothing but there are a few items that I make an exception for. This Wrangler skirt is perfect because it's a nice bright thick fabric which makes me feel more comfortable because it isn't as "revealing" and is perfect for brightening up any outfit like I did in this post. Got it from Wildpair (last one in my size may I add hollaaa!) and since then it has sold out so I'm quite happy that I got it at the time I did. This is one of my new favourites in my wardrobe along with this 5 panel! I love this 5 panel so much that I bought another one just in case I lose it. Would ASOS give me a further discount if I bought all the remaining ones they have? Who knows. DEM EAR FLAPZ. xo

One of the best things in life (first world kinda speaking) is the amazing hand-me-downs from your elders. This t-shirt was my mum's and it's so rad! I'm not sure if it's always been white bleach splattered like that or mum had a little DIY sesh herself back in the day, but I love it. Goes super well with my comfy Roshes! YEAAAAH. xo

Wore this out last week and was quite excited to because I got to TEST OUT MAH NEW PLEATHER SHORTZ FROM EBAY! I'm pretty thankful for eBay. eBay is the God of the fashion world. These shorts fit perfectly and were so cheap too. Only problem is that I prefer everything to be high waisted and there are not really high waisted but you can pull them up like I have here but they're not really made to sit on the waist. Oh well, they're still rad as shit, and I got a wine coloured pair too :3

THIS JUST IN

Last week I spent six nights up in Sydney over Easter partying and what not, and got back on Tuesday. I stayed in a hostel (Elephant Backpackers in Woolloomooloo) with my two friends and everyone else already living in our eight bed room was from the UK which was super cool. I'm planning to apply for a working visa for the UK for the end of this year/start of next year so it was nice to get a taste of what might be to come! We did a lot of sightseeing, a S H I T L O A D of walking and spent way too much on midnight snacks/clothes, but it was defs all worth it in the end!

I bought a lot of things but these two are probably my favourites! I've wanted these amazeballz Nike Roshe Runs for a while and they just happened to be on sale @ Platypus Shoes so why not. This shirt speaks for itself and was a bargain too.

PATTERN CLASHIN'

Spent a week in Sydney over Easter and just got back yesterday. Didn't bring Pluto, my camera because it would have been too heavy, but I did buy a lot of things and I might just show you guys my purchases in the next post!

I spent ages this morning trying to get my camera timer remote to work and eventually it did so I was very relieved. There aren't that many people out there that I feel comfortable taking photos of me! One of the very few is my little sister who was stuffing her face at KFC at the time..

ANYWHO, wore this today. I think houndstooth/tartan are the new trends and I am personally loving it and it's so so sooooo much nicer than camo and also definitely a much more timeless trend as well that is always "in" rather than a fad.

OMFG SF x NB TASSIE DEVIL 998

SO, FUCK. Sneaker Freaker has teamed up with New Balance for their 10 year anniversary to make a wonderfully brilliant 998 sneaker. It has a speckled sole and is in different shades of purple suede which is one of my most loved colours. Its release is this Saturday but I really cannot spend $199.95 on kicks right now, and if I did but them, I would NOT wear them because they are pretty much a collector's item.. not to mention they're as beautiful as Jesus with a glowing halo in budgie smugglers.

Melbourne is getting a little cooler right now. Tempertaure is still in the mid-high 20's but it's better then high 30's days where I'm melting my freckles off. Having said that, I thought I'd have a little fun and whip up a little expensive outfit wishlist I'd wear styled around the shoes for the cooler weather months! HOPE YOU LYK! xo

Yeah, I really really really love Nike and was super dooper excited when I found this t shirt the other day, and in a perfect loose size for a BARGAIN price too! Paired it with my Country Road jeans that I got about a month ago that I love because the fabric is almost a "wet look" type of fabric, so a bit different to a normal pair. Wore this out to go for a walk along a lake thingo with da famz today in this lovely weather!

Also, if you read my previous post, read my tweets OR noticed I kinda died from Instagram for two weeks, you would know that I dropped my phone in the toilet when I was drunk.. it was great. Anyway, I got a new phone! ONLY THE BEST SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 EVA. So now I'm back on Instagram! Follow moi @ivytron. xo

I don't wear these Vans often anymore, just because I find them a tad boring, SO I dug out these shoelaces I got a while ago from We Love Colors and replaced the white laces with them! Why not, seeing as every one of my nine pairs of Vans has white laces. I bloody love the blue, red and white colour combo and adds some much needed radness to the Vans. I paired the shoes with this new pair of socks I just bought from Pulp Kitchen on sale for ERMAHGERD $1.80 down from $12! Fuck yeah, such a simple and easy way to revamp your funky fresh feet. xo

MAH GAWD OUTDOOR OUTFIT POST BECAUSE MELBOURNE WEATHER IS BEING SUPER SUNNY AND WARM AND RAD.

AS I JUST SAID, Melbourne weather right now is so lovely. Such a warm winter! But knowing Melbourne it'll probably start hailing and raining later but oh well, it's good while it lasts. This gives me an excuse to pull out my usual outfit though, which is a skirt and top of some sort, sunnies and beanie. I really like this jumper because I love mustard, and it's the perfect slightly baggy fit. Super glad I bought it.

Also, unless you guys follow me on Instagram, you probably haven't seen my Mexican/sugar skull tattoo that I got like 3-4 months ago yet! Obviously it's on my thigh and I am absolutely in love with it. I've booked my next tattoo appointment for about a months' time, getting keen! Now, on the topic of Instagram, which requires a phone to upload pictures... I drunkenly dropped my phone in a toilet on Saturday night, WAHHHHHH so right now I'm using my phone from when I was 15. No uploading Instagram photos for me right now, but hopefully soon. FOLLOW ME! @ivytron xo

I'm back to tafe now! Still getting a bit tired when I walk up hills and shit like that, but recovering well. Whilst I was at home doing nothing I ordered a lot of items online, and here is my order from ASOS and ONE of my MANY MANY order from eBay hahaha. So the items I bought were..

- "Wasteland" black sunnies : Le Specs from eBay, RRP $69.95 but I got them for $20 + shipping
- Tortoiseshell sunnies : ASOS, was $24.40, now $17.13
- Over the knee socks : ASOS $6.52
- Blackcurrent purple shoes : Dr Martens from ASOS, was $146.39, now $73.19
- "Salon scout" T-bar heels : ASOS, was $73.19, now $51.38

I love the feeling you get when you add up the original prices of all the items you bought, and compare it to the amount of money you ended up spending with the discounted prices! Gotta love a good bargain. I also love that I bought all the ASOS stuff altogether for about the same price as the original price of the Docs. But yeah, how cute are they? I've wanted another cute pair of Docs to my Docs collection (now I have two pairs HA). My other pair is pink with black polka dots all over it. I'll definitely be rocking them soon yay. xo
